Challenge: A multi-branch dealer group relied on walk-ins and classified listings, with little visibility into which marketing actually sold cars. What we did: We rebuilt the paid search and social funnel around stock-level intent, added call and lead tracking, and aligned creative to each branch and model range. Outcome: A materially stronger and more measurable flow of qualified test-drive and finance enquiries, with spend concentrated on the campaigns proven to convert, contributing to the agency-wide 4.8x average ROAS.
