All work is subject to a separate written proposal or service agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and exclude VAT unless stated.
4. Fees, payment and ad spend
- Fees are as set out in the applicable proposal or service agreement and exclude VAT unless stated.
- Advertising spend (e.g. Google Ads, Meta) is billed separately and paid directly to the platforms or recovered from you, as agreed.
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance. We operate month-to-month after an initial onboarding period defined in your agreement, with no long-term lock-in.
- Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, access to required accounts and assets, and any content or materials we need to deliver the work. Delays in providing these may affect timelines. You confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply to us.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, design, logos, graphics and code) is owned by or licensed to Juicy Designs and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables produced for clients transfers as set out in the relevant service agreement, typically on full payment.
7. Third-party links and platforms
Our website and services may reference or integrate third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta). We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
8. Results and disclaimers
Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and third-party platforms. While we apply professional skill and care, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and other applicable South African law, Juicy Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services.
