Do I really need a maintenance plan?
If your website matters to your business, yes. Unmaintained sites are far more likely to be hacked, break after an update, slow down, or lose data, and recovering from any of those costs far more than prevention. A maintenance plan keeps your site secure, current, and online.
Which platforms do you maintain?
We maintain WordPress sites and custom-built websites. WordPress in particular needs regular core, plugin, and theme updates to stay secure, which is exactly what our plans cover. If you are not sure what your site runs on, we will identify it during onboarding.
Are content edits included?
Yes. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of content edits, copy changes, new pages, image swaps, price updates, and small design tweaks. Larger projects beyond the allowance are quoted separately, and unused time does not roll over.
Can you maintain a site you did not build?
Yes. We onboard sites built by other agencies all the time. We start with an audit to understand the setup, secure it, set up backups, and bring it up to date, then maintain it like any other. It often complements a future web design refresh down the line.
How often do you back up my site?
We run regular automated off-site backups and test that they restore cleanly. Backup frequency depends on how often your site changes, daily for active sites, less often for static ones, and we can always restore to a recent clean version quickly.
